The grapes are harvested when they have reached their maximum maturity. Fermentation takes between 18 to 20 days and the fermentation temperatures can vary between 25 to 28°C. This gives the wine intense color and good structure. This wine goes through 100% malolactic fermentation. Dark Ruby in color, good aromas of ripe forest fruits with just a hint of spice. A well-balanced wine with soft fruity flavors and lovely velvety tannins in the mouth, a very easy drinking red wine. May be associated with barbecued meat - pork, lamb and beef. Serving temperature: 18 - 20˚C.
