Soare Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
One of the best Cabernet Sauvignons produced in Eastern Europe. The grapes come from selected parcels. The production is limited to 3500 kg/ha to allow the grapes to reach full maturity. The wine has a clear, bright intense ruby red color with reddish brown reflexes. The nose is intense and elegant, characteristic aromas of forest fruit (raspberry and blue berries), vanilla, caramel, chocolate, coconut and fine spices. On the palate, it is dry, full, consistent structure, complex with mature tannins and long-lasting aftertaste. The optimum drinking temperature is of 18˚C. The wine may be aged in bottles (8-12 years), in cellar conditions, thus acquiring a velvety texture and a complex bouquet.
It may be served with grilled or backed red meat dishes, large venison, traditional meat based Japanese dishes or mature cheeses.
It's mature, velvety and elegant tannins make it great to drink without necessarily associating it with food, therefore it could be great for a passionate romantic evening in two. Its sensual chocolate and coconut nuances also help. It can also be an excellent gift for her or for him.
